ALL CONTESTANTS receive a 3 month free membership at HitQuarters.com including a 3 song artist page! Winning 12 songs will be included on a record to be distributed internationally.

Grand Prize: We are happy to announce Grand Prize Winning Song will be performed by the supremely talented Ali Ollie Woodson, (former driving force behind the Temptations!). Grand Prize Winner will receive Songwriter software courtesy of Makemusic.com, 2 condenser microphones courtesy of ADK, an electric Daisy Guitar and a one year membership to the tipsheet SongQuarters.

1st Prize: Top 12 songs will be distributed internationally on a record. Composers will get copies of the record and the standard royalty rate for any copies sold. Winning writers will be promoted worldwide to international music magazines, trades and websites via press release, and considered for film and tv representation by the Music Library. Top 12 writers also receive "The Stradivarius of Tinwhistles," a beautiful tinwhistle and instruction book from Clarke Tinwhistle Company, making their unique instrument for musicians worldwide since 1843! Certificates of achievement, ready for framing, will also be mailed to winners.

2nd, 3rd and 4th best songs will also receive songwriting books courtesy of Backbeat Books.

10 Runners Up: Will receive certificates of achievement and promotion on the website.

Mail in your entries now! Entries must be postmarked no later than October 1, 2005. Winners will be notified individually and posted on the Website early November, 2005.

Entry fee is $20.00 US by Paypal or $25.00 by US Cheque or international money order.

A portion of the proceeds will be given to the Pet Adoption Fund and Kitten Rescue.
